Josie is the heart and soul of Après Ink. As our official Customer Quality Manager and in-house Emotional Support Specialist, she makes sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed, calm, and cared for. Whether she’s greeting clients with a wagging tail or snoozing in the sunbeams, Josie keeps the good vibes flowing.

Known as the local guard dog (with a bark that means business and a heart full of love), Josie has proudly held the title of Employee of the Month every single month since the shop opened. She’s not just part of the team — she is the team.
